Every year some lucky person will win an amazing house like this one... will it be you? Click on the picture to go to HGTV.com and enter. Quoted directly from the sites rules for the contest:
"You may enter in any of the following ways: (i) online by visiting the HGTV website and completing the online entry form (limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day); or (ii) hand printing your name, complete address and phone number either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8 ½ x 11 inches...
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older as of January 1, 2007..."
Every year both my husband and I enter under separate emails, once a day. The cool part is that once you enter your info, the only thing you will need to enter is your email address on visits after that. It takes a few seconds (online). If you don't play, you'll never win! The contest started January 1st and will run until February 16th, 2007.
This is not a paid or sponsored post, I just wanted to share the chance to win. :O) Good luck, and leave me a message if you win!

Ahhh it's that time again! I always win silly stuff, like Superman Kryptonite goo (which did make a great stocking stuffer). Never cars or houses or trips. If you won it, would you keep it or would you sell it? :)
I have the same question as tiggerprr...keep it or sell it?
Beautiful house...does it come complete with a maid to clean it?
That's a good question Tiggerprr! We have always known that we wouldn't be able to afford the taxes on a house like that, but now They have as part of the winning package 250,000 from Lending Tree.
It would depend on our financial situation, if we were ok, we would keep it. If not, sell and have a house built, then fill it with all of the furnishings we won, LOL!
Swampwitch, I hear ya. I can barely keep my house clean as it is! Some of that 250 grand could go towards a maid I suppose. :D
Cool! I entered. Looks like a great house!!
Wow, looks like a gorgeous house. Don't know what I'd do with it from Australia? A little weekend getaway perhaps. It's nice to dream.
New to Blogland and glad to find your lovely, positive blog
