Smart kid... Anna-isms

Today I signed us up for Direct TV *YES!*, much to the dismay of the MISU. He's not really into paying 60 bucks for TV, and I told Anna today that she is lucky that mommy lobbied for all of the parties involved.

"I explained to daddy, and we came to a compromise- No TV means kids driving mommy nuts all summer, which means an unhappy mommy."

To which Anna said with a chuckle, "... and that means a very unhappy daddy."

Smart kid. She may just have the nuances of marriage figured out and she just might be waaaaay ahead of the game. ;)

LOL. She is way ahead of the game. Hey I am sure he will love the direct tv. Get him hooked after three months he won't be able to shut it off.

I love Anna! She always makes me smile. And, congrats on the Direct TV. May you have better luck than with Mediacom.

I think Norm and Anna should hook up. Norm understands this already AND will always provide her with cable...

Congratulations! Welcome to the World O' Couch Potatoes.

And that Anna really knows her stuff. Yes, when Mommy is unhappy, Daddy is always very unhappy.

Anna is so hilarious! I love it! And it's interesting how close the word nuance is to nuisance, hehe!

HA! That's awesome. The other way I can see getting the message through to dad had he not given is is to have him stay at home for 1-2 days with the kids and NO TV. Good job mom/daughter duo!

Hugs,
Holly

(I'm pimping tonight. My blog will be 1 year old next week and may possibly pass 5000 blog comment, too. I will have a small gift for that fortunate commenter.)

Happy, happy, joy, joy for TV! :)

Smart kid. I wish my daughter could be that helpful. She's actually the reason we don't have cable. She was addicted to TV. Turn if off downstairs and she would sneak upstairs to watch.

Hi, it's Snoskred here. I've recently become a blogging chick and have set myself a challenge to comment on as many Blogging Chick blogs as I can. So that's why I'm here. ;)

They really do pick up on these things very quickly, don't they? :) Yay for TV!
